As a comprehensive optical imaging platform, the imaging core is mainly composed of a confocal laser scanning microscope, a two-photon microscope, a super-high-resolution microscope, a spinning-disk confocal live-cell station, a high-content system, a tissue multi-spectral quantitative analysis system, a laser lamella scanning imaging microscope, a light microscope and electron microscope joint detection and analysis system, and other imaging devices and image analysis software. It is mainly used to conduct analysis and testing projects such as high-resolution imaging, long-time dynamic imaging, high-throughput cell screening imaging and analysis on fluorescently labeled tissues, cells, and organoids. It enables two-dimensional or three-dimensional observation of the spatial structure of cells at the sub-cellular or molecular level, realizes three-dimensional overall imaging and reconstruction of cleared organs and organisms, and performs high-throughput whole-section imaging and analysis detection of multi-color histochemistry or fluorescence-labeled tissue and pathological sections, thus revealing the spatial relationship between sub-cellular structures through three-dimensional image reconstruction. At present, a leading optical imaging analysis and testing center in China with advanced detection equipment, mature detection technology and an experienced service team has been established for the imaging core.
