Loss and functional failure of organs is one of the major problems for human health. Our work is focused on addressing the key technical questions in clinical translation of hESCs. Our efforts are made in the following aspects 1) acquisition of clinical-grade cell resources, 2) cell product manufacturing, 3) cell drug storage and preservation, 4) safety evaluation and quality control, 5) pre-clinical studies of stem cell therapy/transplantation, 6) QMS and product formulation.
